- Describe the purpose of the project management plan
- Describe the concept of project scope

Module 4 – Completing the work
In this lesson you will learn the gain the following knowledge and understanding:
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget
- Describe the concept of quality in project work
- Describe the change management process
Module 5 – Ending the project
In this lesson you will learn the gain the following knowledge and understanding:
- Verify project completion
- Describe project closing activities related to documentation
Candidates will conduct an online global exam with Certiport, A Pearson Vue Business that enable them to receive a Recognized Globally Recognized Project Management Institute Certificate.
Who can enroll for the course?
The PMI Project Management Ready Certification is designed to empower, test and validate concepts and knowledge in Project Management. This global certification does not need any prior work experience in project management, because it starts at a foundational level.

What Accreditation will the course have?
Candidates who successfully complete this course, will receive a Global Project Management Certificate from PMI (Project Management Institute), Certiport. The content of this course is aligned to SAQA Level 3 Project Management. In addition, we do offer Accreditation Studies in Project Management, resulting in the individual to complete 3 additional assignments (Portfolio of Evidence) to the value of 21 SAQA Credits, which is an additional cost, excluded from this program.
How will the Global Exam be conducted?
Students will be issued with an exam voucher. The online exam will be administered in various formats, such as multiple-choice questions, short-answer questions, essay questions, or a combination thereof. A participant will be required to create an additional account on Certiport, A Pearson Vue Business. This will be the Exam Platform for the course. The exam can take place remotely, or on site at our Campus.
- Timing: The exam will have a predetermined duration of 45 minutes. Make sure to allocate enough time to complete the exam within the allotted time frame.
- Proctoring or Exam Invigilation: the exam will be proctored to ensure academic integrity. Proctoring methods may include live proctoring, automated proctoring through webcam monitoring, or software-based proctoring solutions.
- Instructions: Before the exam begins, you will receive instructions on how to navigate the exam platform, answer questions, and submit your responses. Make sure to read these instructions carefully to avoid any confusion during the exam.
- Scoring: After completing the exam, your responses will be evaluated, and your score will be determined based on the grading criteria provided by Certiport (you need to score 70% and higher in order to pass and be certified).
What type of Certification will I receive?
After successfully completing your online global exam with Certiport, A Pearson Vue Business, you will receive a Globally Recognized Project Management Institute Certificate. PMI Project Management Ready fills the need for an industry-recognized certification that allows career and technical education institutions to add value to their programs.
Candidates who successfully complete this course, will receive a Global Project Management Certificate from PMI(Project Management Institute)-Certiportt.
