This course is designed to provide candidates with the framework for understanding the dynamics of project management and covers all the essential elements and processes in project management. Our 1 Year programme includes Digital Literacy, Office Administration, Business Communication, Sage Pastel Accounting! The Project Management module is divided into SAQA Credits with a Portfolio of Evidence, and undertaking a Global Exam with Certiport Pearson Vue Business in partnership with the Globally recognized Project Management Institute. The Global PMI Ready module covers Project Management Fundamentals, Business Analysis Framework, Traditional Plan-Based Methodologies & Agile Methodologies.
