
Project Management (Accredited)
We offer an Accredited Skills Programme in Project Management with 21 SAQA Credits Level 4 that will empower students to use PM knowledge and (digital) tools for managing projects across industries.
Our Project Management Course is designed to equip you with knowledge, understanding and skills fundamentally used within the project management field. This Course is comprising of three (3) unit Standards which are core standards and form part of the qualification, National Certificate Project Management and is registered at Level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework. Learners undertaking this course will acquire a range of knowledge which includes:
- Being able to implement processes and standards to support project change control, update and communicate status of change requests and administer project library to support change as well as maintaining project organisational information.
- Adding value to learners who are running their own business and recognise that project management forms an integral component of any business.
- Being able to work autonomously and collaboratively with others, build relations, make positive contributions, interact with others and explain team dynamics.
- Being able to demonstrate an understanding of project management tools and the use of a range of project management tools.

Unit 1: Demonstrate an understanding of working as a member of

- Making a positive contribution to team coherence, image and spirit.

Unit 2: Implement Project Management Processes According to
Requirements (US ID: 120381)
- Implementing process and standards to support project change control and configuration management.
- Updating and communicating status of change requests.
- Administering the project library/ repository to support change to affected items.
- Maintaining project organisational information.
Unit 3: Project Management Tools and Techniques (US ID: 120385)
- Demonstrating an understanding of project management tools.
- Using a range of project management tools.

The ability to read and write in English
Learners must be at least 16 years of age
Candidates who successfully complete this Project Management Course, will receive an internal G-CITI Campus Certificate, including a Statement of Results with 21 SAQA Credits accredited by MICT SETA.
