Course Objective

An IT technician provides a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software of an organization’s computer systems. IT technicians might install, troubleshoot, test, or help roll out security features, hardware, and software, or maintain networks and computer systems. Often considered an entry-level position, IT technicians can go on to more specialized roles like systems engineer, network administrator, or cloud administrator. 

The IT Technician 5 Months will equip the student with the skills to provide technical assistance and computer-related support in the business environment. Subjects focus on end-user computing, helpdesk support, as well as business practice and communication. This qualification will offer a technical background in the discipline of networks and applications, where Global / International IT Exams will be undertaken.

Module 1 – IC3 Spark – Digital Literacy (MS Word | Excel | PowerPoint, Internet & Email)

Module 2 – Project Management Fundamentals

Module 3 – Effective Workplace Communication


Module 4 – Business Entrepreneurship Fundamentals

Module 5 – IT Specialist Device Configuration and Management




Module 6 – CompTIA IT Fundamentals

Module 7 – Netacad Cyber Security Essencials

Full-Time / Part-Time

Students will undertake Global Exams upon completion of the training.

Full-Time 09:00 – 14:00

Part-Time 17:00 – 19:00
